Prices in USD. Bandwidth pooled at the organization level and billed monthly in arrears.

Bandwidth

Your capacity grows as your fleet grows.

Bandwidth is bundled per camera and pooled at the organization level, so adding a camera raises your allowance automatically. There is no separate cloud package to buy and no per-studio budget to manage.

Pooled
Every camera's allowance lands in one shared balance across all studios.
Metered
Overage is billed monthly in arrears at your plan rate.
Downstream only
Local-network use is unlimited and never counts against the pool.
No rollover
The pool resets each cycle, so allowances stay predictable.

Questions

How the model works.

The short version: cameras set your price, bandwidth is pooled, and tiers unlock capability rather than capacity.

What counts as a camera?
Any video source registered to your organization. A camera occupies a license from the moment it is added until you remove it from the org, whether or not it is powered on. Audio sources do not count.
How is bandwidth pooled?
Each camera contributes its monthly allowance to a single organization-wide pool. Ten Pro cameras give you 300 GB to spend across every studio, room and operator. The pool resets at the start of each cycle and does not roll over.
What happens if we go over?
You keep working. Overage is metered against the pooled balance and billed monthly in arrears at your plan rate, so an annual prepaid subscription stays predictable and overage arrives as a separate line item. Free plans are a hard cap rather than an overage.
What if we add a camera mid-cycle?
It is prorated for the remainder of the cycle, and its usage flows into the pool from the day it was added. Removing a camera takes effect at the end of the cycle.
Do cameras have to stay in one studio?
No. Cameras bill at the organization level, so you can move them between studios, rooms and locations without any billing impact.
Can we change plans later?
Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a trial?
Every new account starts on a two-week Pro trial, no credit card required. Enterprise evaluations are run as a sales-managed proof of concept.
